White Rabbit Gifts Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing the White Rabbit Gifts website and placing an order you agree to be the terms and conditions set out below:
Placing an order
When you select products you wish to purchase they will be added to your shopping cart. When you are ready to place your order your will be directed through the checkout process at which point you can choose your method of delivery and payment method (either by Paypal or Bank Transfer).
To place your order press the "Place Order" button at the checkout, at this point you will be obliged to make your payment.
If you select pay by Paypal you will be directed to the Paypal payment gateway, if you select Bank Transfer we will contact you with our bank details.
Please note Bank Transfer Payment is not available for overseas orders.
Once we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered, this does not determine our acceptance of the contract.
Once products are dispatched from White Rabbit Gifts you will be notified by email and this will indicate the completion of a contract between you and us. This contract will be concluded in English.
Prior to dispatch we may cancel your order as a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered is not in stock
- The identification of a pricing or product
- A fraudulent transaction has been identified
We will contact you via email if your order has been cancelled owing to one of the reasons above.
If we have not dispatched your order you will be able to withdraw your order up to 3pm on the day you placed your order (unless placed after 3pm on a Friday in which case you have until 3pm the following Monday) please email us on Whiterabbitgifts@outlook.com
If your order has been dispatched you will have 14 days to cancel your order starting from the day after you have received your order.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate.
Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, however, changes will not affect orders where we have sent you a dispatch confirmation email.
In the case of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel any order that has not been dispatched.
Availability of Products
All products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event your good are unavailable we will contact you by phone or email at the earliest opportunity prior to dispatching your order.
Description of Products
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products on the website are correct.
Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on the website may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
All payments are made through the Paypal Payment Gateway or via Bank Transfer, we do not hold any debit or credit card details on our website or servers, for this reason we are unable to take credit or debit card payments over the phone.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment when an order is placed during the working week.
For orders placed after 4pm on Friday we will begin dispatching your order the following Monday.
Reservation of Title
The risk of the products passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier but the title in the products remain vested in us and ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.
You should inspect the products upon receipt and check that everything is included.
You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel your order in accordance with your cancellation right and/or you return the products in accordance with our returns policy and procedure.
If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the products at a later date.
Returns & Refunds
In accordance with the distance selling regulations if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the products to us within 14 working days.
Products must be returned in their original packaging in a resaleable condition.
Please note that we will not accept liability for loss of products being returned and we will not refund you the cost of returning goods to us so we recommend that the necessary insurance (Certificate of Posting or Recorded Delivery) be taken by you.
A full refund/exchange will be given on faulty products or where an incorrect item(s) has been sent to you.
Please note each item will be photographed and date stamped prior to dispatch to demonstrate the quality it was posted in. If this is dramatically different from the photo evidence the refund maybe rejected.
Claims will only be settled after the faulty products have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.

These works are protected by copyright laws and all such rights are reserved.
Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.
If you post comments on the products to any website, blog or social media network you must ensure that such commentary represents your fairly-held opinions.
Limitation of liability
No liability will be accepted for any injury loss or damage suffered as a result of the use of White Rabbit Gifts website or any products supplied by White Rabbit Gifts.
